Shipping + Returns
Items generally go out for delivery 1-5 business days after purchase (keep in mind that most of our products are handmade in small batches, so some items will take longer to produce than others), unless otherwise noted under product description. We hand deliver your products. The delivery fee for deliveries from Dockyard to Hamilton is $5. All deliveries past Hamilton will incur a $10 delivery fee. Once your items are packaged and ready, we will send you an email to notify you that it’s on it’s way.
All small orders ship via BPO (Bermuda Post Office) Airmail (up to 2lbs). Unfortunately there is no tracking for this method of shipping. You can however select Parcel Post at checkout, which is a minimum of $30( TRACKED BUT CAN TAKE 7+ days FOR DELIVERY). If you require expedited shipping or insurance please contact us with your request, and we will get back to you with a quote. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged while in transit with the BPO. Lost packages, while usually rare, can happen, if this is the case, it will be handled on a case by case basis.
International orders generally ship 1- 5 business days after order purchase. Once items have shipped, please allow 7-10 days for the items to reach your destination. Please also note, that in some cases international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped, since they pass through customs (beyond our control).
Please note that our whipped body cremés are heat sensitive and may require special shipping during warmer months to ensure safe delivery.
Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us, so that we can rectify the issue. We want to please our customers, and try our best to resolve any issues that should arise.
The majority of our products are made fresh to order Since just about everything we offer is made by hand and frequently made to order we will need time to complete your order with attention and care. Thank you for your patience!
If your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to replace any damaged items provided that they are reported within 2 days of delivery.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please let us know immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue. We love our customers, and your satisfaction is our top priority!
Surishae + Co is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Surishae + Co

Please read the ingredient list before purchasing our products, to avoid any potential allergic reactions, or in case you have sensitive skin. Pregnant and/or nursing mothers are advised to consult a physician before introducing any new cosmetic product into their routine.
Some of our products only contain natural preservatives, try to keep all moisture out of the products and wash hands before use. To maintain a longer shelf life of your product, store in a cool, dry place, and use within one year (for oils/butters).
